I absolutely loved this when I saw it in action in the video. Unfortunately, my aggressive tuxedo cat loved it also to cuddle with. She thinks she’s the Pawtagonist’s mom so I’m keeping it. 🤣
First, it took weeks for the package to arrive. I kept getting emails from the company apologizing for it away, but they did nothing to make up for it. Then, when I finally received the package, I found the product to be inferior. The part that’s supposed to protect your arm is incredibly thin and doesn’t look like any kind of protection. But, my cat was too scared of the stuffed animal and doesn’t wanna play with it so I can’t even really to stop the product. I was disappointed with my whole experience and the company did nothing with an offer for me 20% off or require me to return the product back to China, which would cost about as much as the money I would get back on my refund. I won’t be purchasing from this company again.
