Have made the most delicious healthy frozen yogurt. It is quick and easy. It only takes about 2 minutes tops. I leave the plate in the freezer for daily use. Best combinations so far are Greek yogurt, bananas, and strawberries or Greek yogurt, bananas, and cocoa powder. No sugar is needed.
